Any modification or cancellation of the stay will be notified in accordance with the special conditions of sales of the agency. In the event of cancellation, the agency applies to travelers the following penalties:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: 60% of the amount per person.
- Cancellation from 60 to 31 days before departure: 80% of the amount of the trip.
- Cancellation from 30 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the amount of the trip.
