Can Mauritian Nationals travel to Saudi Arabia? Yes
Travellers are allowed for Umrah (above 18 years), exit/entry, work, residence or visit visa.
They must not have transited through or been in Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Pakistan, South Africa, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Viet Nam in the past 14 days.

Will I need a PCR test? Yes
All Passengers as from 8 years old must submit a certificate of negative PCR test carried out within 72 hours before boarding their flight.

Will I need to be vaccinated to travel there? Yes
Travellers must produce international vaccination card showing a proof of vaccination against meningitis & Covid-19
- 2 doses of Pfizer or 2 doses of Oxford-AstraZeneca
- 2 doses of Moderna
- 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson
- Those who were vaccinated with 2 doses of Sinopharm should get a 3rd shot of pfizer, Johnson or moderna.
All vaccines should be completed 14 days before departure
Will I have to undergo a quarantine or isolation?
No for vaccinated Umrah passengers.
Yes for passengers travelling for purposes other than Umrah.
Will I need a Visa? Yes
Will I need travel insurance? Yes
Insurance is compulsory. It should be a Saudi Insurance issued together with the visa.

What are the documents that I will need?
Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received the vaccine at least 14 days before arrival must complete “The registration immunization information form found here.

Umrah passengers will get access for Umrah only once. Access to Holy mosque is controlled and should be reserved in advance.
